The most important vitamin for women you actually need as a woman

Now what is the most important vitamin for women? Many women wonder about the same thing. With the abundance of vitamin supplements on the market today, there really really needs to be considered. One claim as a supplementary supplement; Others boast to be the most successful, however, when you see components, they are not exactly the same.

To choose wisely, you need to have a basic understanding of what women need. Remember that women are created differently from men. Even though there are always arguments that men and women are the same, physically you know it’s not true. Women have special needs that must be handled correctly for them to achieve a more complete life. Women, in particular, have a monthly period for handling, before and post menstrual pain, menopausal problems, and breast problems. They can also worry about the health of the bones, eye health, and their heart health. Based on this, the most important vitamin for women will include:

1. Vitamin B complex – vitamin B6, vitamin B3, and vitamin B12, mainly found to reduce symptoms associated with hormonal imbalances, such as irritability, anxiety, and depression. When combined with vitamin C, Vitamin B is said to reduce the size of the tumor and prevent certain cancers. Complex vitamin B is also recommended to maintain nerve function and improve memory.

2. Vitamin C – Vitamin C has many benefits. As an antioxidant, it helps reduce the signs and symptoms of aging, protect the body from disease, and improve the body’s ability to recover. Vitamin C also helps produce hormones and absorption of iron. There are many sources of vitamin C. Orange fruit is mainly loaded with vitamin C, and you can meet your daily needs just by drinking a glass of fresh orange juice which is 3 fresh oranges.

3. Vitamin A – Vitamin A is also an antioxidant which means saying that consuming foods rich in vitamins or taking supplements that contain vitamin A will keep you healthy and look young. Vitamin A can help improve one’s vision too, which deteriorates with age. The body ideally requires 3,500 international vitamin A units, with 20% of which are beta-carotene. Beta-carotene is a substance which is then converted into vitamin A and is responsible for giving orange or unique fruits and vegetables.

4. Vitamin D and calcium – vitamin D and calcium are needed in the maintenance of strong and healthy bones. At the age of 30, the body begins to lose the bone mass and if this is not managed properly it can cause osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is a condition where there is a significant loss of bone mass and is characterized by severe pain. Calcium prevents this from happening, but in order to do that, it needs vitamin D. So, when looking for multivitamins, always make sure it contains calcium and vitamin D.

5. Vitamin E – Women also need vitamin E, it becomes an antioxidant and has a special role in healthy skin and hair.

6. Iron – Menstrual women need iron to replace blood loss. Women who have been in the menopausal stage will need a little iron than those who still have their monthly period.

Be sure to consult with your doctor about how much vitamin is most important for women that your body needs based on age and other factors.
